DH Designers and Builders was established in 2010 at Puzhakkattiri. Our methodology or approach to creative problem solving begins with the observation and under¬standing of the unique of each client.

The central concern of the practice is design excellence achieved through active collaboration with clients and specialists – from fine artists to cost consultants. Cost management is of great importance, all projects have been build within their respective budgets. A wide range of supporting skills underpins the work of the practice, including 3D Model Making, CAD Drawing and Visualization.

From down the timeline we have been an integral part of a variety range of design projects like Villas, Office Spaces, Residences, Interior and Exterior Designing, Landscaping and Commercial Spaces. Our motives are to meet the design needs of our clients, Innovatively and Financially.

At the DH Builders, Every projects is treated with fervor for Exploration and Innovation and tested for relevance in physical and social contexts against the land which will cradle it and against the man it is meant for.

Our Vision

Our company has served many happy clients over past the decade and while working in this period we have found that the key to every project’s success is understanding the owner’s needs and creating architectural designs exceeding the clients expectation.
One of the great beauties of architecture is that each time, it is like life starting all over again,with these lines in mind we have introduced the new method of designing Building Information Modelling commonly known as BIM.In this process of designing a 3D digital model using CAD is being created in conjunction with,or before embarking on a real world construction project.BIM means building two times first on computer than in real world.

Recognizing the need is the primary condition for design, considering these lines in mind the next mission of our designing company is to go green and become number one green builders globally.Over the next decade our designers will continue to learn and grow their knowledge and experience in innovative green technologies and processes.
